I came accross an awesome website while I sat in on a 4th grade class in the computer lab last week. It is a site that has great educational games and applications that you can use in your classroom. The students in this class were using this site to create their own animations. I still have to explore it more but it is something worth checking out.

Toy Theater looks interesting. I am going to pass this on to our classroom teachers. Might be something the K-6 kids would enjoy.
