After I went back and looked at some of the blog posts that I made, I saw that I did not include a link to the site that I mentioned. Below are also some other sites that I have come across in my web 2.0 exploration. Enjoy.

This site is very simple and allows you to create a picture much like the paint program on most PCs. You can choose what type of brushes to use and when you are finished it will animate your process and recreate your painting.

This site is more for teacher use than student use. It is a free online grade book site. There are a lot of neat features and it is a good way to back up your grades.

This website is awesome! It allows you to create a kind of information cube, if you will. Students can include their own information as well as photos and video. It would be great for reports or research projects. Check it out.

This site has become one of my favorite time-wasters. It also could be used in the classroom. It is a site that has timed trivia quizzes. There are some fun ones for entertainment but there are also great geography, language, and math quizzes that students could use or could be used for class reviews etc. (Be warned that it can be addicting.)
